The Art of Happiness by the Dalai Lama

His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso, is the spiritual leader of Tibet. He is committed to the promotion of human values such as compassion, forgiveness, tolerance, contentment and self-discipline. In 1989 he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his non-violent struggle for the liberation of Tibet.

The Dalai Lama has co-authored several books on The Art of Happiness including:
